If I have to describe hard work and smart work in the short and simple manner then I will go with the example of the control system.

Hard work is like open loop control system we will get our output but there will be more space for the errors and it consumes time also.

But smart work is like closed loop system with feedback element and now we can still have our valuable time to make the errors correct and make it more efficient.

But it should always be remembered that we have closed loop system only because of open loop system.

* The first need is to do hard work (put extra efforts) and get deep knowledge & experience and then try to stable with doing smart work (less effort with intelligence).

* Hard work is like putting extra effort for some particular work because of less analyzation and understanding of the work. , While smart work is like doing the same work without applying those extra efforts, which leads to saving the time as well.

* You do hard work day by day then one day you do automatic smart work.

Hard work: more efforts but less work.
Smart work: fewer efforts but more work.

In my opinion, both are necessary so I will choose to do h/w in a smarter way.

Both walk hand in hand.

But hard work with a lack of logic and sense would only make the work harder.

Whereas smart work with the expectation of idle time would only exploit the self.

In today's age, time is money and being smart depends a lot on the time we spent getting our work done.

The hard work only determines can do. But the smart work can be done by skill, speed, trick and determination. That consumes less time than the hard work.

The main difference between hard work and smart work is created and I think (#jugaad) is that word to describe more about smart work and I think to solve and handle a more complex situation I'll choose the simplest path to reach there.

Smart work works both smartly and hardly it means doing work smartly using ideas, mind and with strength leads to do things perfectly as well as it is less time consuming.

Whereas hard work lots of strength is required, stress is also applied, lots of energy is wasted and time consuming.
