Hardwork: more efforts but less work.

Smart work: fewer efforts but more work.

In my opinion, both are necessary so I will choose to do h/w in a smarter way.

Smart work is a part of hardwork bcse without hardwork, no smart work took place. Hardwork gives us an experience which further makes us to do same work smartly and efficiently with more effectiveness.

In this world no one becomes smart in his work without hardwork.

This hardwork makes us to work smartly in any organisation. Which they want from us.

In my opinion, it depends on the situation. If we have less than we used smart work or if we have a lot of time than we used hard work.

For Example: if we destroy the building and we have lots of time so we can use more labour in it. OR If we have less time so we can use machines on it.

Hard work is when you work whole heartedly for something without getting to know the other means through which it could have been done where as smart work is when thinking about the consequences before starting something so to get better results in lesser time.

Hard work is very much necessary in your life because without practice hardly you can not be able to do that smart work.

So, I think both terms are very much meaningful in our carrier and both terms are a backbone of each other.

Hardwork is like putting extra effort for some particular work because of less analysation and understanding of the work.

While smart work is like doing the same work without applying those extra effort, which leads to save time as well.

However capability of smartwork comes from experience of doing the work.

Well, as we considered "there are no shortcuts to get success".

So, the first need is to do hard work (put extra efforts) and get deep knowledge & experience and then try to stable with doing smart work (less effort with intelligence).
