The difference between hard work and smart work is how we approach a task.

If we approach a particular task without any prior research and planning is hard work.

Approaching with proper planning and research is smart work.

Thank you mam/sir for asking.

Both Are equally needed to complete the tasks.

I think we can approach the task as planning and prioritization by smart work and stuck to that planned work by doing hard work.

Hard work is a trick to do things without calculating anything you just put all the effort to prove yourself.

Smart work is something in which a person can control his defeat then nobody can stop him to be conquered.

The work doing in the same manner as it is coming from a very long time without any creativity is called hard work. Whereas the work added with some creativity which makes its different and easy is called smart work.

Eg:1. Preparing for an exam: Starting from first chapter is hard work and starting from important topics is smart work. Both have to complete the syllabus.

2. Making the musical stairs different from normal stairs.
