Sir, according to me, hard work is "Give your 100% to work and gain lots of experience from it" and smart work is "Implementing your skills which you have gain from your hard work.

And hard work always motivates us but the smart work always define us. Thank you.

According to me Hard work is putting lots of effort and time in the work and also hard work wants to be in patience to complete the work.

Smart work is completing the same work with less effort and time and it is done by logical and practical thinking abilities.

The difference between hard work and smart work is based on how I approach my task. Hard work would mean spending long hours to complete my work without any shortcuts. Smart work would be aiming for the same results but with planning and prioritization of tasks.

Hard work means without any planning we are doing any work throughout day and night.

But smart work means first think that the work which you want to do what are the possible ways to do it so that with minimum input you can get maximum output and then do work.

Hard work is spending all the necessary time, effort and mental abilities with the flexibility to achieve the desired end results.

Smart work is a computer (computerized), it does work correctly and accomplishes according to the programming but rather static.
