According to me * Hardwork and Smart Work are two sides of the chain. Both work simultaneously with each other. Both are needed to perform any work. Hard work means to work with * devotion, courage and Dedication.

And smart Work means to observe things keenly that what is the right approach to finish it. But you can do this after doing hard work.

According to me, Hardwork leads to smart work,

If you hardworking in the beginning which can help you to work smartly, in hardwork your body leads, but in smartwork your brain leads.
