The difference between hard work and smart work is how much time you spend completing the tasks. Hard work tends to be when someone spends a great amount of time completing many things. However, smart work is when they spend less time and instead focus on completing the right things.

The result for both the work is the same but the working in both cases is different. As;
HARD WORK- Working hard self to give the result in a given time.
SMART WORK- Get the work being getting done by someone else or by much less effort by first going through all the possible ways.

My point of view both hard work and smart work are the keys to success.
# hard work = gives experience to the work.
And it is very hard to implement it can be done only by patience.
It takes more time.
# smart work = it can be done by intelligence. It takes less time to complete.

Hard work is giving physical stress to our body in order to achieve the goal.
Smart work is giving mental stress to our mind in order to achieve the goal.
Both are helping us to achieve the goal. But through hard work it consumes time but while doing smart work it saves the time.

A smarter worker is the one who does thing smartly. That means he knows people from whom he believes in delegation of work while keeping minimal amount of work with him but.
A harder worker on the other hand puts long hours every day, probably doing the same thing again and again.

Hard work is a physical process. It takes more diligence with your body. It can take a long time to do any work. After having done hard work we get to experience.
Whereas smart work is a mental process which saves the time compared to hard work.
Smart work comes with experience.

Well, I would say smart work comes from hard work only. As there is one theory also ' Work hard until you get smart. So, in my point of view, you can do smart work only if you have work harder in your life. And knowing where to put effort and where not to work hard is smart work.

In between the main difference of strategy.
A Person who works with physical efforts continue for the result that is hard work &.
A person who thinks before work & work was done shortly by a strategy that is smart work.
A person who does use both methods that is genius.

Yeah, with no doubt hard work pays in long term but we are practically not here to put all of our resources in doing that bull work rather with intelligence so called in a smart way we can utilise the same resources to complete the same degree of work that is called smart work.
