Suppose a wood cutter is cutting wood without sharpening his tool for hours that is hardwork and if he sharpens his tool and cuts wood then its smart work.

One can finish the same job in a lot lesser time with smart work.

Smart-work may take our less time and give us success in short time. But hard work gives us success as well as experience too.

As per my concern, both the words hard work and smart work are the bullets to shoot our success.

Hard work will give experience, whereas smart work will come from experience. So if you want to get smart work you must and should go through hard work. This is how I wanna justify your question, sir.

According to me * Hardwork and Smart Work are two sides of the chain. Both work simultaneously with each other. Both are needed to perform any work. Hard work means to work with * devotion, courage and Dedication.

And smart Work means to observe things keenly that what is the right approach to finish it. But you can do this after doing hard work.

Hard work is all about putting a lot of effort into completing a task.

Smartwork is working efficiently and using proper strategy and tools to complete the work within the least time.

Hard work is giving physical stress to our body in order to achieve the goal.

Smart work is giving mental stress to our mind in order to achieve the goal.

Both are helping us to achieve the goal. But through hard work it consumes time but while doing smart work it saves the time.
