Hard work is the origin of smart work. Hard work means completing work without any shortcuts. And only after completing that work perfectly we will be able to understand the steps or strategies that can be skipped or simplified in order to achieve the same result, and such a simplified way of working is smart work.

Hard work means putting in a lot of time and effort doing a certain amount of work. Whereas, smart work means spending less amount of time performing the same amount of work. Hard work aims at the quantity and may become monotonous and boring after a certain period. Smart work aims at achieving goals with quality.

Hard work is related to your physical strength. It doesn't mean you don't have knowledge about a particular task. It means you have knowledge but fewer skills. Doing the same job/task, again and again, you meet with fault and learn from it and this gives you experience and experience called smart work.

Thank you.

Hard work means doing the complete work full fledgedly within the assigned time or deadline but when it comes to smart work completing the work full fledgedly before assigned time.

Smart work is much better than hard work because it saves lots of time. And the remaining time can be used to complete another work.

According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" give the best results you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.

Hard work and smart work is the two side of a Coin. So, both are equally needed to complete the task.

Hardwork is like putting extra effort for some particular work because of less analysation and understanding of the work.

While smart work is like doing the same work without applying those extra effort, which leads to save time as well.

However capability of smartwork comes from experience of doing the work.

For me, Hard work makes us more capable, and of course, bring more potential gradually, but remember it never fails. Slowly- slowly, today or tomorrow you would definitely be at the peak of success.

And the Smart work, Well it takes short time, No doubt. But it doesn't mean that you would success every time.

Hard working is simply working hard and not finding or executing any easier techniques or methods to do them in an easier way. People who work hard spend most of their time in doing a particular work only.

Smart worker those who execute their plans in a smarter way and deal with situations in a smarter way.
