My biggest weakness has always been my Communication skills. I've been pretty shy as a kid. Over the years, however, I've been working on the issue. At this stage, I'm much better than I've ever been, but I'm still far from perfect. This, however, won't have any impact on my job as a Programmer. Despite lacking Communication skill. I am very good at working for the team.
