I am a quick learner and team player the projects which I have done in academic days were lead me to submit the projects well ahead of the schedule.

I used to stay behind the work but overcame on it by practicing and preparing the note for prioritised work.

My weakness is that I focus so much on the work given to me that I find it hard to pay attention to other tasks simultaneously.
