I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. I am enthusiastic, dedicated, honest and patient. On a related note, I also have strong communication skills which helps me work well with customers, team members and executives. As far as my weaknesses, I think it would be being unfamiliar with the latest software but since I'm a quick learner and have the urge to learn more I can overcome it since internet connection are widely used now.
