Strengths: My biggest strengths are that I am organized and I am very good at managing my time. I also believe that I have great people skills and am very approachable.
Weaknesses: One of my biggest weaknesses is that I am not a confrontational person. I am definitely one to have a difficult time saying no when people ask for help.
