My strength is that I am a dedicated person, I am always punctual and once I take a task I don't leave that job in middle I complete it first and then do my rest of the work (though if there is an emergency case then I can give it a break for a while but only in case of emergency, otherwise that works remains in mind).
My weakness is that sometimes I am so much involved in the work that I end up making my friends, family little angry as I am unable to give them time. But later on, I talk to them and fix everything.
