Hello sir.

I have two different types of goals.

1st as a professional, being an employee of a software company I.

Want to work with my all efforts and hard work by which company can grow. Along with that, I want to learn new things and enhance my skills. I strongly believe on myself, so I will do my best.

I want promotion as soon as possible and also a good position.

It will happen if I will do my best.

2nd as a passion, my hobby is writing a poem so my goals is to write good poems. I want to publicise it as a collection of poems.

I think the goal is important for our decision because by setting these goals periodically we can take a good decision for our life and goals helps to provide direction what we want from our life and where we want to go and what is the next step to raise. The short-term goal is dependent on the situation if we going to give the exam.

So my short-term goal is getting good marks in the examination if I am going to give an interview then my short term goal is getting selection.

My long-term goal is to make myself happy and others.

I have always heard that it is better to divide your goal into short term and long term. So let me start first with my short term goals. My short term goal is to find an organization which gives me an opportunity to show my talent, skills, and experience for the betterment for the organization and my long term plans are I want to reach a position where I become a decision-maker through my sincerity, honesty, commitment, and dedication.
