Life is too short, you can't stay without doing anything, bad or good. I think there is a long time when I choose the good path to walk on, I developing myself as a mining engineer, I studied, worked in three companies successively in Algeria, I need one chance to prove I am a successful man in the society. I mean this is what I need, and this is my goal to be a good person in the society because this is what I am.

Thank you, sir.

As a fresher, I am struggling in my life for getting a good job in a well-reputed company like yours no doubt. So definitely it is my short term goal get a job as early as possible where I able to increase my skill and professional life and important I would like to give a sweet box to my parent for my success because they deserve this sweet box.

Apart from that, my long-term goal is to Achieve a good position in the same company.

Right now I am fresher so I want to settle somewhere in reputed company to enhance my personality and to know my strengths and weaknesses. And to learn new techniques and gain enough knowledge.

My long term goal is to become a well settled woman who make my parents feel proud. And want to become that personality who emits beautiful positive vibes. Want to become that person who makes others life better and inspire people.

My short-term goal is to be placed in a reputed organisation like yours so that I can get acquainted with learning a new set of skills quickly which would earn me a respectable position in this organisation.

Each day is a goal for me because I am experiencing new dimensions of existence and achieving something new everyday. My today's goal is to get placed in your reputed company. For me, there is nothing like long term goal. Setting long term goal means I am limiting my possibility. I always would like to extend my possibilities. But I have a life time goal that is to bring smile on everyone's face whom I meet daily.

Every person has its own goal but my short term goal is got selection in well reputed company like yours. And I don't like to set our long term goal because if I set my long term goal then I will limit my capability to achieve this goal and after I will stop preparing, thats not good for me. I think man has prepare well and well everyday because human has capability to do something than different animal.

I know the job description mentioned working to targets, so in the short-term, I will aim to meet and exceed my targets. In my last company, I was able to achieve this most months.

I also read about opportunities for progression in the job description. So if I can show that I hit my targets each month hopefully, I can progress in a year or so. In the future, I would like to become a team leader.
