The strong point of my boss is that he is very innovative and very intelligent.
About the weak points I have never notice. He/her is a good human and truly person and I have thought very carefully that he thought me about goal, achievements, life and about a person and I have learnt a lot from him/her.

Positive ; many of the bosses will appreciate their workers when they have done a good work.
Negative ; such bosses won't be encourage the other workers then the appreciators. They don't even bother for them.

My boss always give us motivation for working hard with great passion and to seeing him working like this we do our best for growing this company but when it comes about company and employees facility and requirement he just ignore this things which is the weak thing about it.

My last TL was very organized and punctual about everything and he makes sure that we behave in the same manner and the second thing is he actually cares about the team members he literally goes and fights with his manager for our leaves and extra. I didn't see any weak point but about the management, I really do not like the cab facility of my last company we have to wait at least 40 to 55 minutes after our shift ends.

The weak point of him; he don't know or he has no behaviour of appriciating other no matter how much best you do to attend responsibilities, he don't give chance to any one to express views or feelings, he is dynarmic; he is not a person to be trusted on his orders unless the order is in written form, he feels to be special and so more!

Strong points are my manager is self-motivated and highly particular and determined and team friendly.
When it comes to weak points, I never concentrated on them because, if we have 2 sides like positive and negative, it's always better to take positive and move on.
He is a manager, he thinks of you and company as well.
So, I believe whatever they say is to improve us and organization on same hands.

I don't judge people. Each one has their own abilities to handle a team and also individuals. So there's nothing like strong and weak points sometimes certain situation what seems good to us may seem foolish to others so it makes no sense talking about others weaknesses or strengths. My boss was good in his own way. We need not imitate others but rather be ourself to prove our selves.
