Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

My boss has good ideas, but when it comes to implementation the ideas don't really work with actual people. The implementation becomes a lot of wasted time, on useless things that are not within our sphere of influence or job roles. The real jobs don't get done. The boss is very organized, but the organization is completely confusing. So really the above is the actual truth, so I have to be prepared to lie and lie convincingly.

My boss has good ideas, they work very well. The only issue really is he always has everyone working on what they are weak at. That is good for us but not good for overall productivity. A good team would really have people doing what they are good at. So each team member covers of certain areas for the team and you have a highly effective team, with everyone doing excellent work in areas of proficiency.

As not all people are perfect and there are always good and bad sides of a person. Correlating these attributes of my boss, the good thing about him is, he is very motivated person, he encourages his team mates to work collaboratively with maximum output and minimum rework.

Looking into my boss's dark side, he sometimes neglects his family due to work and which affects his personal life and desire.

Lots of strong things in my boss, adding few here punctual, good team management and motivate his team members.

Coming to his weak points as a human being everyone has some weak points but I don't think I am the right person to judge him, though I have been never ever noticed his negative points.

As we all know "A coin has both sides" the positive as well as negative the positive side of our boss is he is very hardworking, very punctual and take very quick decision and he is very unbiased in nature and he is excellent in problem-solving and on the other side talking about the negativity I am not the right person to reveals his negativity.

My boss is very hardworking nature this is the only thing which I gets inspired from him and coming to weak points I can not say weak points. Because I feel I'm not the right person to reveal.

Week point they can't understanding why my employees are not good performance in our job. What he need to inspired for employed.

My boss always been great for me as I have learned many things from him. The strong point which I observed is his dedication or punctuality towards work.

As far as his weakness concern he always keeps himself at work. On account of this.
He has less interaction with team member.

My boss strong was they know how to work under pressure but his behavior sometime very rude with their juniors.

Strong points:-

He should very punctual and time maintained man.
He should give encouragement to the team he had.
He/she should have commitment and consideration and some knowledge.

Weak points:-

A person should not posses the workers regarding the matters.
A boss should take the responsibility of the workers.
