Sir, everyone holds their good and bad points and that makes them human. Talking about good sides, my boss holds qualities like hardworking, open minded and eager to learn, and he helped me to learn many things. He shared his vast experience with us. Sir, I would not be the right person to judge the negative sides of my boss as I have never been to his shoes.

The strong point about my boss as he was a fun-loving person to work with. He was very honest and hardworking. He was very punctual and good at solving problems. He was good at making right decisions. He was very open-minded and job-focused and would appreciate an employee's hard work.
The weak points I would say he did not like any GOSSIP or DRAMA.

As we all know "A coin has both sides" the positive as well as negative the positive side of our boss is he is very hardworking, very punctual and take very quick decision and he is very unbiased in nature and he is excellent in problem-solving and on the other side talking about the negativity I am not the right person to reveals his negativity.

It's a very good question and anyway as a human being, they are having both negative and positive sides. I have a good rapport with my boss and I have learned and copied lot of thing from him to implements in various situations. Surely, he also had some negatives are there but it is very less in my point of view and I am not concentrating it.

Sir., As far as I concern, he is my boss, so obviously I do listen to him and I like the way he runs the organisation. I can't judge him/her ideas until I hold the same position and same situation. And finally I am not the right person to talk about my old organisation, because he is a boss and I was an employer of the company.

I have observed and learnt from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open-minded and smart hard worker. He never asked anyone why he or she is getting leave, he always asks when you require a leave. In negative point, I am not the right person to find out the negative point of my manager.

Strong points:
-> Finish tasks once started, finds ways to make repetitive work more exciting, accepts constructive criticisms, looks for opportunities to help.
Weak points:
-> Needs many cycles of completion to improve realistically, seen as stuck in my ways, more dedicated to personal life than business.
