Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

My boss strong points is punctual, discipline and about weak points is as a employee I don't know about the my boss situation because as a manager my boss has to struggle very much for work and team members, I am not a right person to judge my boss my seeing his activities.

There are many strong points and it is difficult to choose a few but I have learnt time management, discipline from my boss. 'A coin has both sides' in the same way everyone has weak points also but I believe I can't judge him/her until I hold the same position and same situation.

It's universal fact that every coin has two faces if one has positive aspect then another has negative aspect being a positive person we have concerned more with strong point than weak point. If we have any weak point then we should try to work on these weak point and should be try to convert in to strong point.

My strong points are,

1) Smartly hard work.

2) Be punctual.

3) Be confident.

4) Time management.

5) Result oriented.

6) Discipline for boss and for organisation.

Weak points are,

1) I can't say no.

2) Workaholic.

3) Raise the voice against crime.

I think I have some-other weak point but now I forget those point because I know that these weak points are for some extent.

I have observed the lot of strong points in my boss but the most things which I have observed or I have learnt from him is that he is innovative, energetic, is punctuality, well merged with the time management skills and fully dedication to the work and always try to learn from mistake or failure and guide to all employees on time by time and arranging training to the employees when ever needed, giving the chances to the employees for their better improvement in their respective area, but as as we know that every person have some drawback also, nobody is always perfect.

But I think that I am not in that position to judge him as negatively, so I always try to learn the good things from him so that I can also apply in my life and which will be definitely help to me for my future growth.

We are human begin so we all have positive and negative point I learn many things technical and soft skills from him and I implemented. There are very less negative point and I am not concentrate on it.

There are many strong points in my boss and it's difficult to choose a few, But the most things which I have observed or learnt from him is that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open minded and smart hard worker.

Coming to his weak points as a human being everyone has some weak points But I think I'm not the right person to judge him, though I have been never ever noticed his negative sides.

It's a one of the tricky question sir. Before going to start giving an answer to your question here I would like to mention one thing I. E, Every coin is having Head & Tail. In this way Everyone having Strong and Weak points so, No one is perfect. Every person has some pitfalls definitely, but I haven't noticed because I always consider the positive side of a person and also I think I am not the right person to judge him.

Strong point: Good time management, good listener, and wickedness: repeating one thing so often which is annoying.

Honestly, Sorry Sir, I can't disclose these secrets, as my Boss is a Representative of my Organization and you are the competent of it. With his decisions and efforts Organization doing well which reflects in employees growth.

About the strong point of my superior he is a down to earth person, kind, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to help at times of need. And about the weak point he always ask us to tell these lies to everyone when ever needed.
