After hearing from the hr. Say about your current package and say that you are expecting 30% hikes from your present salary.

Sir, if you hired me in your company, you will give me a position based on my skills and knowledge & every position has it's starting salary amount according to business norms/standards. I don't aspect more salary than that amount.
