Being a fresher only matter for me ie skill which I think it may be helpful for your company for further growth. As per company norms, I need salary which make me financially independent.

I am expecting 4.5 to 5 lakh per annum but being a fresher my prior confrontation is not with salary but to work hard, learn new things every day and refine my skills to excel in the field. Besides, what I have read on the internet is this one of the coolest company who takes care of their employee very well.
