Mam/sir. Salary is just a bamboo paper make in colors. To get those bamboo stickers for our own life, god has sent us to get some bamboo from different forms from different organisation. So here Is my 1st bamboo tattoo which you will give me in my profession. That will be my salary expectation.

Sir. Salary expected by anybody for a particular organisation is like a surd. If you offer me good package as per my talent as fresher or evolving experience with time, then it will boost your company n my economic gallery with exponent of my knowledge. So better fix me with Real number. You decide salary should b rational or irrational as per rules of company.

As I understand the requirement of this position, I would be expected to be responsible for doing my work with all of my dedication and hardwork. If you don't mind, may I know the normal salary range in this company for this type of work? (and then we can discuss the salary).

Instead of degrading yourself, do your own research and figure out how much your position is worth and give a ballpark estimate. It shows that you can think for yourself and know WTF is going on.
