How much salary do you expect?

Thank you Sir, but I would like to know the responsibilities of this job position as pertained to this company, then maybe we can both meet a conclusion that would be desirable to both of us.

My expected salary is as per company policy acceptable to me.

As I'm a fresher I didn't expect any salary. First I need a platform to learn work experience. If learn a work I can survive in any company with best CTC.

As a fresher, first I want to need self-develop like learning, experience, not earning so salary is not the main thing for me.

Sir, ours is a reputed company and I know that you would already have standard packages for your employees. Being a fresher I don't believe I have the right to demand my salary. So, its okay for me to stick to your salary packages.

Salary depends on location suppose you are in Metro city if you are getting only 10k, 100% you will not give your 100% in your work but if your salary is around 20k you will give your best so salary depends today really. But its also depend on gov company or private company. If in central gov you are getting 15k its good but if in private 20k it's not good. This is reality.

Sir, presently I am getting 2.2 lakhs per annum. I am expecting 30 percent hike that is 2.8 per annum.

I have 4 years of relevant experience in financial sector like yours. I need to travel more than 30 km from my home to here. Although it is too long, why I am interested in this company is to explore my talent and skills by gaining knowledge in different financial services wich the company is offering to their clients in an effective manner. By this, I am confident that I can work towards company's growth as well as my self and would be in the best position in near future.

Being an experienced person its depends on companies norms and standards and as per my designation and my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.
