Salary depends on location suppose you are in Metro city if you are getting only 10k, 100% you will not give your 100% in your work but if your salary is around 20k you will give your best so salary depends today really. But its also depend on gov company or private company. If in central gov you are getting 15k its good but if in private 20k it's not good. This is reality.

Being a fresher I don't expect a high salary but I wish for it should be between 15-20k per month so that I can fulfill my basic needs.

It will be great, if I get a chance to work with your organization and I would be quite lucky but what I think that your company must be offering a fare amount to someone like me, whose matching all that skills and qualification to this position before this answer I would like to know about my responsibility regarding this job and definitely I am quite querying to know that what is your budget and what is your amount that you offer for this position casually then only I can go ahead, sir/madam.
