Sir, the question is not about staying in the company or not. The question lies if the normal working person gets prompted and awarded for his performance. Every normal person expects growth and appreciation. So if the respective company provides me with good working environment and working strategy I would be a fool to switch with other leaving such a cool environment.

I would want to feel that I have mastered a role entirely before I move on. Once I learn everything about the job I would be looking into bigger role with greater responsibilities. However, I would hope that there would be another opportunity in the company without the need to look externally.
