Since I've been working and gaining experience to get into this job. I'd like to stay a long time if I'm offered the job Since this is where I want to be.

I would want to feel that I have mastered a role entirely before I move on. Once I learn everything about the job I would be looking into bigger role with greater responsibilities. However, I would hope that there would be another opportunity in the company without the need to look externally.
