I would like to work in this company for long as I can but if the environment of the company is not matching with me I could not be able then also as you know I am a fresher I will be working for a min of 2-3 years.

As long as I got opportunities to learn, explore and pace my career with the company.
Also, it depends on the working environment, I know it's different for each and every company and departments also but I first try to manage myself in that environment but after a time if it can't be managed then sorry.
