Sir/mam, actually the simple rule of my life is living in the present because the future is uncertain and things don't work according to our plan. But if you have asked me this question, I would like to say that I'm like a tree which grows where it was planted, it means if I get hired I'm going to work in this company for a longer period.

As long as I got opportunities to learn, explore and pace my career with the company.
Also, it depends on the working environment, I know it's different for each and every company and departments also but I first try to manage myself in that environment but after a time if it can't be managed then sorry.
