My definition of success is independent of the requirements put on me. I know I have succeeded when I have accomplished my goal thoroughly, even if that means doing more than is asked. I always try to implement this philosophy, but I can always improve. I welcome review so I can become better at my job.

According to me, a person who is expert at his job and has knowledge about his strengths and shortcomings and delivers on time is a successful person.

Meaning of Success is very simple for me, It is the inner satisfaction that we get after putting heart and soul into something. It is perceptual in nature & varies from people to people. Results & appraisals are the byproduct of our efforts and shouldn't be confused with success.

I believe I am simply a good human being if one want to know about god, hard work, dictation, and worship to work is another way to achieve. Success is straight of mind where you believe you achieved what you want in your life. And straight of mind may not be same at the different time.

In my point of view, Success is the satisfaction which we get by completing our aims. Like when I was in childhood success for me was to get always 1st rank in the class so I made a lot of efforts to become topper of my class and after getting it I became very happy and satisfied.
