For me, the company where my efforts and hard work gets recognized and opportunities and challenges are thrown at me to prove myself. The company where I can learn and implement and see myself as a complete grown up and more mature person.

Well according to me, the ideal company is the company which provide a healthy and motivated environment for their employees and give the best opportunities to enhance their career.
The ideal job is the job where the employee gets more benefits and opportunities to prove themselves.
