An ideal company is a company which provides healthy and good environment and lots of opportunities for employees to do work and where the suggestions and views would be taken as positive.
The ideal job is the job where we get satisfaction in both professional and personal life.

If the company makes me happy, and the company is happy with my performance, that's an ideal Company.
If the place around me has a positive vibe and keeps my family happy, that's an ideal Location.
If the job can bring growth for me and my country, and keep the people around me happy, that's ideal Job.

For me, the company where my efforts and hard work gets recognized and opportunities and challenges are thrown at me to prove myself. The company where I can learn and implement and see myself as a complete grown up and more mature person.
For me, location does not matter, the only thing matter is the environment should be competitive but at the same time cooperative and motivating.

Sir, actually I have not any particular company which is ideal for me. My ideal company is the company which provides me a better platform to improve my skills where I utilize all my knowledge for the development of the company and the boss should treat all the employees as a friend and encourage the employees to their best to take the company to the zenith's height.
