Sir, for me as fresher my ideal company is that provides me a platform to enhance my skills and where I can learn loads of things. That helps me to grow my future in forward direction. I really don't have any wish to go in particular place. I can easily adjust anywhere I love to travel it gives me a new experience to explore myself.

Thanks for giving opportunity to put my view right here.
In my point of view an ideal company which provide us good and healthy environment and having lots of future opportunities where everyone can utilize their skills and enrich their experience.
Everyone should be promoted on the basis of their skills, not by priority.
According to me, Location must be preferred where accommodation is easy.

An ideal company is like a family, where all the employees, workers and managers are nurtured with care but not treated as assets. An ideal location is where the basic necessity services like hospital, grocery shops, school - colleges, banks, shopping malls can be accessed easily. An ideal job is where my knowledge and skills will not only be utilized by the company but also the opportunities for my career advancement and overall development will be provided.

If the company makes me happy, and the company is happy with my performance, that's an ideal Company.
If the place around me has a positive vibe and keeps my family happy, that's an ideal Location.
If the job can bring growth for me and my country, and keep the people around me happy, that's ideal Job.

My ideal company is giving the right and fair benefits to their employees without being asks and paying the exact taxes too. It has a positive vives, teamwork, no discrimination, happy and friendly place, competitive associates and management and with both high in integrity and can manage to continued growth.
