Human nature has no contentment, people cannot live in parallel lifestyle or even with career. For me, my ideal job is where I can find satisfaction/contentment on what I do wherein it can also provide growth/development to my career and even to my personal life ("The biggest room in the world is for Improvements). In my point of view an ideal company which provide us good and healthy environment and having lots of future opportunities where everyone can utilize their skills and enrich their experience.
Everyone should be promoted on the basis of their skills, not by priority.
According to me, Location must be preferred where accommodation is easy.

For me, the company where my efforts and hard work gets recognized and opportunities and challenges are thrown at me to prove myself. The company where I can learn and implement and see myself as a complete grown up and more mature person.
For me, location does not matter, the only thing matter is the environment should be competitive but at the same time cooperative and motivating.

Sir, actually I have not any particular company which is ideal for me.
