For me, A company with good job profile and standard one matters (standard - it is not a fake, willing to provide knowledge), no problem with the location when it is a good company and good post. I would like to join in a company which matches to my qualification.

This is my ideal company. Good work culture, friendly people, good job satisfaction etc. Also, it takes only 40 minutes to travel from my home to the company. So that I can stay in the home with family which gives more happiness to me more than money.
