Thanks for giving opportunity to put my view right here.
In my point of view an ideal company which provide us good and healthy environment and having lots of future opportunities where everyone can utilize their skills and enrich their experience.
Everyone should be promoted on the basis of their skills, not by priority.
According to me, Location must be preferred where accommodation is easy.

Sir, for me as fresher my ideal company is that provides me a platform to enhance my skills and where I can learn loads of things. That helps me to grow my future in forward direction. I really don't have any wish to go in particular place. I can easily adjust anywhere I love to travel it gives me a new experience to explore myself.
