Yes. I'm okay with it because new areas, new surroundings gives us a new experience and it's useful to gaining extra knowledge but experience (2 to 3yrs) in one place is better so if the relocate area is same as the present work is too good to work.

Yes, sir, I am willing to relocate. In starting it is a bit difficult in adjusting with a new place, environment but relocation teaches how to adjust and co-operate with new people. It will also help to overcome my shyness.
