Women Empowerment - A Cause for Increasing Divorce Rate in India

In my point of view, the women empowerment is a burning role in the world.

It refers to creation of envirnment to woment for making own dicission with the personal side and for the society.

Women is the main cause for most divorce cases. First is judicial. India judicial supports only women after marriage even though they are bad. They take upper hand by manipulating the law. Second is money and status. Nowadays women don't see whether the boy is a good person or not. After marriage if that boy is bad they go for divorce. Third is caste and religion. It plays important role in women's marriage. They think bringing down a person through divorce is women empowerment even though the boy is a good person. Present generation women are not content with what they have. Increase divorce is not women empowerment. It's women egoistic way of empowerment.

Women empowerment is the root cause of divorce in India. When women in a job they dominate over their husband. Actually, women took a wrong decision about their life and choose the wrong guy in maximum cases. As a result, divorce occur. In love cases, I know many boys who have relationships with many girls. Girls choose mainly those boys who have many affairs but they know how to impress girls. As a result, divorce occurs.

Women empowerment stands for the strength of women with legal rights. It means women have the power to signify their value in the family profession or anywhere. They can fight as they have money and position. So this position and money make them aware and set up their mind to never tolerate any kind of harassment. Even though there are so many causes of divorce and women's empowerment is a responsible reason but I think this is not the only reason behind divorce but women's empowerment can inspire a woman to take divorce. Thanks.

As per my concern I think that it is not justified that divorce increasing due to women empowerment. It depends on the both partners their understandings, and their trusts. If we force on women empowerment then the women can choose her life partner and I think that she can choose best person that their parents could then it might not leads to more divorce's.

According to me, women empowerment is not the cause of divorce. But it provides a tool that enables the women shed their fear. In fact, women empowerment strengthen the familial bonding. Here women empowerment restoring the status and dignity by upholding their rights and making a mechanism for its adherence at all level. So out I rightly deny that women empowerment is the cause of increasing divorce.

I feel here Women empowerment means not only education or financial independence. India the laws are heavily loaded against men and most women are aware of it and misuse. I have seen many false dowry cases, infidelity in work place, scare men emotionally, keep telling him how he is not up to the mark, I have seen it all around me. When we got married, I was told by my parents that I should treat my mother in law as my own. We drew our boundaries and were very happy with each other. Nowadays, you can't tell any girl anything because they always think they are right. Give and take policy is gone and nobody is a winner ultimately. Nobody has any pity for the tormented males. God help Indian men henceforth.

Today's topic of group discussion is women empowerment is the reason for the divorce in India.

In my opinion, knowing your fundamental right is not a reason for divorce is a family issue it totally depends upon the individual whether they want to stay with each other or separate from each other women does not need to be empowered because they are already empowered like they play so different role in life first they are a daughter of someone then they become wife then they become mother.

All we know nowadays women's are doing their best in all the field. They work hard like men and maid their position in every field like education, politics, sports, technology etc.

But some men's have still thought that women's only stay in between 4 walls in this if women are rise a question for there rights, their freedom then some men think that they are hurting their ego, their self-respect but what about women self-respect?

In short, women freedom, rights and also there salaries and position are high compare their partner this may cause one reason for divorce.

Every women has a rights and freedom. Women also a human being. Divorce occurs because of no understandings, ego, patience and arrogance. Divorce is not related to women. It depends on both. Due to misunderstanding, it would occur. When women get empower, they would do proper.
