Hi! Friends, today's topic is completely based on the fact that women have the power to take any difficult challenges in any situation. I am totally agree with this statement because in today's world women are the one who are in the top of the page and are not lagging from men in any way. We can see in the sports also because in the early days wrestling is for only men caste but when the history of unbelievable things are done by women then the sports authority support them and encourage them. They also created a spot of history in the aerospace that cannot be forgotten by anyone as Kalpana chawla and many more.

Have you heard about the woman Arunima Sinha, a physically handicapped woman to climb the mount everest and this is the best motivation for is that she faced lots of challenges during that journey.

It doesn't matter whether any person do any work simultaneously or part by part but it matters what's the result of that work means efficient comes from the end result. Only energy is not sufficient to do any work but the accuracy is also very important and this is common in women as if we compare women with men then generally men have more energy and stamina than women but if any women do any work in the slow but the continuous manner then they will give efficient output than men.

And in some cases men also play a vital role in the multi worked ability of women as we can see in family, when husband is supportive to his wife and they do lots of work collaboratively.

In my point of view I think that women are definitely multi-tasking but in some cases men also play a vital role in that field.

Women are better at multitasking because women can handle her family and professional job together easily. She can maintain balance between this two different responsibilities and create good adjustment.

Good examples are in front of us for example, Rani Laxmi Bai the queen of Jhansi have fought against britishers and with carried out her child on her back.

Vanitha Narayanan, Managing Director, IBM India Private Limited,

Neelam Dhawan, Managing Director, HP India both ladies performing her role very well in professional field as well as handling her family responsibilities.

Sujata Vishweshwara, Vise President of Life science healthcare, Wipro. She is performing her job by support of her family.

Kiran bedi, The IPS Officer doing her IPS job very well and also handle her family responsibilities as well.

Lady Army officers who are performing her job on border and fight for our country.

Pratibha patil our former president she also lead our nation and handled her family responsibilities.

So, these are the famous personalities and good examples to understand yes women are multitasking, Physically and mentally they are strong and they can perform good in professional field as well as they can fulfill their family responsibilities very goodly.

Yes, more important is their family must support them for this thing. So, women can do their job in better way.

In professional field also women are leading because women are multi tasking, So they can manage professional work in better way.

Hello friends,
I really think It depends on every single person.
In our daily lives, women work a lot more than men on different tasks. And they try to handle office work and chores. So they adapt to that and they have to practice multitasking more than men. In fact, women have been assigned a lot of work to do since the beginning of civilizations, it has been for many generations that they have to work a lot, and one hypothesis is that women have retained this ability from their female ancestors. Plus, women have a better developed corpus callosum, it is a band of nerve fibers joining the two hemispheres of the brain, so it gives them an advantage in multitasking. But do not forget that MOST men work a lot also. They do not work at home. It depends, some men would sit all day at home and drink beers and watch TV, others would work night and day AND take care of the family. So the ability to multitask isn't developed (on almost all of men)( ; yet). That's why I think it's quite unfair to compare men and women at multitasking because one has practiced it for a long time and the other hasn't.

I do completely agree that Women are better at multitasking.

WOMEN for me is;

W- wisdom.
O- omnipresent.
M- multitasking.
E- electrifying.
N- nurturing.

A women is a born mutitasker ! you might hear many slogans on equality between men and women at work but what about equality at home? men think that cooking and cleaning is women's job. So working women needs to be multitasker. Women having a lot of patience and well organized help her to be a multitasked. In olden days they managed all of their work single handedly as now country is developing by getting educated and getting jobs she needs to be a multitasker. From raising a children managed finance at home maintaining family and social relations etc she does it effortlessly. If a women is a mother at home at the same time she can also be a C.E.O of a company.

For example Jhansi Ki Rani Laxmi bai took her son on her back in the battle fighting with her enemies here she played two roles like a role of mother and responsibility of being queen this is the great example of multitasking.

In my opinion women had got such a situations in history that they acquired the characteristics of multi-tasking person. Initially they manage their home only which requires many different type of works to do. After some years as men were doing the hard work in office and women became literate, men gave them some work outside the home. Further more due to economical problems women stood up for jobs also.

Thus women are mentally prepared for different tasks in life. Similarly our culture and festivals are also held by women.

1] Managing home successfully.

2] Managing office and jobs.

3] The social activities I. E. Festivals and our culture.

4] Maintaining different relationships successfully better than men.

Ultimately this all things proves that women are better at multi-tasking.

My friend Dinesh is saying that the percentage of done work is very less than she can't work. But I want to notice him that now in this word there is no such a field where women are not working.

A warm greetings from my side.

I agree women are good at "Multi tasking".

I also agree that 'Men' are good at this quality. Let me show you, what happen, when.

A man lost his spouse, who has small children and he doesn't want to be re-married.

As he thinks his children will not be treated well by their "step-mother", so in this case he takes all responsibilities to provide a better life to his children. Actually maintaining a 'work & personal life' balance is not too easy but this man does everything to maintain it.

Parents have a great role in educating the good values to their children but being single, he takes this responsibility to give quality time and nurture values in them. So, in short, I would say Both Men and Women are Good at this quality but we generally see 'this' in women because they face more tough situations, but when it comes to men when they face this kind of situations they too become better at "Multi-tasking". Thank you.

Good morning to one and all.

Yes, I agree that women are better at multitasking, in the present era they are taking their part effectively.

In taking the nation forward i, e towards the progress of the nation. They are handling all the jobs at a time without compramaising in values and ethics. When compared with men they are performing their duties not only in less time but also accurately.

Women are doing better in present society. We have so many examples in the present society like Arunima sinha, sushma swaraj, Mithali raj who make us proud in different aspects and made their mark and stood as a perfect example.

Women play a number of roles in her life with patience, intelligence. She gives her 100% every time to satisfy all the members definitely we can say women are better at multitasking.

Women have the mental ability to handle all the tasks at a time without hurting anyone and satisfying all the people either in the home or a company.

Hello friends, I'm Chhavi.

Not only me but science also agrees with the statement: " Women are better at multitasking. " whereas men are great at focusing keenly on one task at a time.

According to an article, the neurological connections in the brain are different in men and women. In men, the connection is stronger inside both the hemispheres which makes them great at analytical and motor skills (very famous taboo that men are better at driving) whereas in women brains tend to have more connections between the left and right hemispheres, thanks to a larger corpus callosum (the bridge between the two sides of the brain). This enhanced connectivity explains why women are often better at multitasking and integrating information from different sources.

But in conclusion, though this may be true it all depends on a person, how he perceives life and thinks. Anyone can be a multitasker with some effort and the will to achieve big in life.

I suggest the word BEST is more appropriate than BETTER for women at multitasking. One of my friend above said, `if we recall history women have not made any achievements'here the point is women can handle no. Of task at at a time in a better way or not, in my view she can but not not perfectly, in some cases I can accept but not with everyone, but the most important point to consider is that women have been struggling for many years to gain her rights and she has been successful in achieving her goal, which proves that she posses all the qualities of a perfectionist but to her fate man and society always suppressed her, bounded her, never allowed her to come out of her shell, inspite of the capabilities she posses, her continuous effort, diligent nature, dedication, devotion, sincerity and perfection towards any work and relation, which are the essential components of any great accomplishments.

Given X number of tasks and a timeline to complete it, both men and women probably will complete it within the time-frame, but it is the manner in which either of them proceed to take it to a closure that is very different about them and brings out the picture that women are better at multi tasking.

Say there are vegetables to be cut and a favorite TV program is on. In most instances men would proceed to quickly complete the task of cutting the vegetables and then settle down to watch TV whereas in the case of a woman, she would rather proceed to cut the vegetables while watching TV.

Men in general find it comfortable in focusing on one thing at a time, whereas even if a woman might also prefer it, she does not have as much difficulty in proceeding in doing this simultaneously.

Women surely do multitask knowingly and unknowingly and men surely avoid multitasking knowingly and unknowingly.
