Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

Efficiency is more important because it is the main thing for the creative idea, and the efficiency is needed to carry forward the idea which is out of creative brain.

Creativity is more important than efficiency because creativity give new ideas that gives more profit and it help to develop our nation.

Creativity is the one which makes a person to be specialized and make him to be gem in the group of metals.

Both should form a part of each other. That is, creativity should contain efficiency and efficiency should also have some kind of creativity. Efficiency is more important. Everything involves cost be it monetary or in the form of time. A person, even if he is not creative, can do better in life if he is efficient. Though nowadays creativity is also required. Young minds have creative ideas. So, organisations also go for hiring youths. Their creative ideas have "efficiency" factor.

In my point of view, the efficiency is more important than creativity because, we know some people are gifted with creative mind in a particular field but the other who is not gifted with such quality is able to survive in today's world at the same time if he/she is not efficient at his work then he/she will definitely not going survive and will get fired.

As per my thinking point of view, efficiency is rather more important than the creative skills. A person can innovate new things by the use of him superficial mind but it's worthless without efficiency. The point creativity itself goes under efficiency. By taking an example if I say that plant is very efficient in production, that means there must some creativity would be there in that plant. So, the most important thing that we have to consider is efficiency, all other things can be adjusted by it.

Creativity is more important than efficiency. Efficiency can be improved by experience in that task or using technology. , whereas creativity is something which comes as a gift for certain brains. For example the creation of a calculator for efficient calculations.

In my opinion, creativity is more important than efficiency. Because nowadays everyone likes to achieve more success in a short period of time. Due to high creativity, a person can do everything. So creativity is more efficiency.

According to me, creativity is far more important than efficiency because when there is creativity, there will be a chance of improving the efficiency of the system. I will try to elaborate on it with an example suppose, you are an owner of an organisation and the organization is running for more than 5-6 years, every day producing the same product. So, you will surely try to increase the profit of the organisation by cutting down the rate of producing per unit which will require a new method of producing the product. There comes a role of creativity, getting a new idea to increase the profit will definitely help you to be creative and that's what creativity is all about.

Creativity becomes more important when it comes to innovation. New idea's, developing something new requires creativity first. It's okay to have less efficency at initial stages. But as the time goes, we need to start improving thereby increasing our efficency level. Again to increase our efficiency, it does require creativity, new techniques to learn, adapt and improve our work.
