Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

My name is Abdul Haque.

According to me, creativity is more important than efficiency but efficiency is not negligible doing something in a different way or producing expected results in a technical way called creativity. Efficiency depends on creativity but how? later we will explain. First let me explain creativity and efficiency one by one Creativity: creativity means to convert or develop your thoughts, ideas, imagination into reality. For example if you want to develop one new application first you need to imagine you have to bring ideas to complete the application to complete the task later you will start developing. Creativity having some risk but it differentiates one creative person or unique people from common people so creativity is more important.

Efficiency: efficiency means producing results which you wanted with less time and less amount of energy.

Now, in both situation, we are getting expected result but in creativity, we are getting new results with new thoughts and it may take time here time is not factor thought and ideas is crucial. But in an efficient time and energy both are crucial but thought and ideas is not so crucial you can get efficiency by using technology.

As earlier I said efficiency depends on creativity yes it is! We can get efficiency by using technology which is developed by creativity so I hope you guys understand how efficiency depends on creativity.

Now, I want to share a little bit of current scenario experience nowadays company demands both creative and efficient workers to complete tasks with less time and less energy but here I want to suggest the students who are trying to get a job focus on both try become creative and efficient as well. Efficiency is so important to get a job but creativity is Only the source to get promotion. Thank you.

In my view, creativity is a product of efficiency. In business point of view, efficiency means producing results with less time and energy. This can only be achieved if one is creative enough to crack the hidden patterns in the process. I believe many inventions happened for the sole purpose of being efficient, for example, telephone, machines, trains etc. I conclude by saying creativity is important to achieve efficiency.

Yes, I support the above few statements the creativity is more important.

My opinion is that creativity is more important because with creativity we can get an interesting and simple solution to a problem in different ways. And we shouldn't neglect efficiency, this efficiency is important as we can get a more accurate solution. There is no use with a less accurate solution in the present developing technological world.

As per my perspective, efficiency does not come & go, it takes time and effort to be visible in any work. An individual has to fail at the first step, then he has to practice more to uplift himself, and gradually he will achieve efficiency. So I think a person should know how to experiment and how to be creative, once he learns how to be creative, it's not that much difficult for him to attain efficiency. While experimenting, a person will definitely make mistakes, but mistakes give us an opportunity to learn. When we utilize this opportunity, it does miracles. Those miracles can be called as efficiency. As a conclusion, "Creativity is the mother of efficiency".

As per my knowledge,

Creativity is the most important and valuable rather than efficiency. Because efficiency will come after creativity. How?

First, I would like to tell that creativity means expressing our thoughts in reality.

So without creation we can't decide it is efficient or not are you getting my point.

Efficiency comes after creativity.

For eg; Mobile is creativity. And forwarding getting msgs from relatives is more efficient because of mobile rather than getting msgs by letters. So efficiency depends on creativity.

I think creativity and efficiency both qualities are important as per the situation. The person who has no creative mind then he has to be efficient.

Because if he not efficient nor creative then he will not going to survive in this world.

And creativity is important because creativity gives us new ideas that helpful to get more profit and develop our nation.

And if I have to choose one I will definitely choose creativity because without creativity human is same like robot, just doing work with time but not thinking out of box and doing such kind of work is becoming boring at some point of state.

Look, both the two words creativity and efficiency are interrelated.

How? Let, me give an example.

I am doing electronics engineering. Our professor's intension is more on time scales. If a system providing less error in a small interval, we prefer more to it.

Now, Creativity.

Without Creative knowledge, we would be like our ancestors.

Human is an animal who is creative and developing in nature. We create and invents lots of things, which happens due to creativeness among people.

" Neither white nor black, it's a mixture of two".

In fact not only creativity or efficiency there are more factors like intelligence quality, emotional quality are also important factors.

Creativity and efficiency both play a pivotal role in our daily life as well as at the workplace.

Creativity is something which helps to create new things, brought new and unique ideas. Without a creative mind, we can't plan anything interesting.

And efficiency is something that came through proper practice. Which is also important.

But in this point efficiency can be archives through technology but creativity can't.

And in another side without efficiency, we can't be a good professional.

So in my point of view, both are equally important.

Efficiency. Because if you can achieve your creativity by your efficient. We will put our action on achievement.

And I would like to keep my point, according to me, efficiency is more important than creativity because if we efficiency like we have experience of teaching then according to our experience we will put something new also to others and creativity is also a vital thing but I'll choose efficiency if we have can do anything but I'll go with both because both are a vital thing to survive and for two times meal.
