Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

In my opinion, both creativity and efficiency are important. Both work together. In the absence of one, another one is not very effective. However, I will give more weight to efficiency. Though creativity is not readily available. Although, efficiency produces the final result of a plan. Normally there are N numbers of creative steps on can produce but all is waste in absence of efficiency. There are many examples where creative steps are taken but lack of efficiency that could be full filled.

So Creativity and efficiency together can do wonder but the role of efficiency is more imperative.

I think creativity and efficiency both are important in any aspect of life. Suppose you are creative mind no doubt but you do not work in proper manner then the role of efficiency comes. I think both depend on each other because a person has the only efficiency no doubt he works very well but he works in the same manner so there is need of some creations that make more interesting thats why my point of view on is both are important for become in expert in any job any field.

In my perception, creativity is more important than efficiency. Because there is no creativity we can't judge efficiency. Without creativity we can't reach our goals with future plannings. We use efficiency in some cases only. But creativity is used to is in any situation. Different creativity gives us a new creation of life.

As per my opinion, creativity is more important, because if we have a creative mind, we can create new things very efficiently. Creativity is nothing but has some extra knowledge for doing something innovative, something new.

According to me, creativity is more important. Because without creativity there is no need to judge efficiency. Creativity is an essential think to initiate something. If we want to implement something, first we will be known as the idea ie) creativity. The next step of creativity is Efficiency.

Efficiency can be determined as the creative things are quality and how long it's worthable. The determination can be done after the creativity. So I think Creativity is more essential than efficiency.

In my opinion, both creativity and efficiency is required to complete work. Creativity gives us a way to solve a problem whereas efficiency gives us time and resources during the completion of the task. Both are equally important to complete a task.

In my point of view, both creativity and efficiency are complementary of each other.

Creativity without efficiency has no as much value as with efficiency and efficiency without creativity.

Creativity is the implementation of your thoughts into reality but if it's taking too much effort (mean lacking efficiency), it's not as much value as it should be on the other hand if Something is efficient but it has no creativity then it may be difficult to operate, to understand, to apply etc.

I think 'Hand can't perform better without mind and at the same time mind can't without hand. Both can perform better by Uniting'.

So, Creativity & Efficiency both are good but by uniting these can give 'Better'.

If I have to choose any one then I will go with creativity.

We all are living in an era where a lot of products are being launched. But many products are being launched just to make some other products more efficient. This world now wants more efficiency and we know we can only get it by our creativity.

In my point of view, creativity and efficiency not are dependent on each other, as you know people are busy these days they need any work in no time, that is possible these days with the help of technology, which makes our work efficient, but that technology creates by someone first. Creativity is a source of innovation and efficiency is how you are able to use that innovative item.

Both are complementary to each other there is no value of creativity without efficiency and vice versa. Sometime a man has creative ideas however not efficient so he searched efficient people work for them on his creative ideas like Mr. Ratan Tata has creative idea to launch mini and economical segment car Naino so its possible because of his efficient employees or ideas partner.
