Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

Hello everyone, I would like to share my thoughts that both creativity and efficiency is equally important.

Creativity brings new things that is according to the recent demand and it needs efficiency to meet this demand on time. So in parallel way, both needs to be incorporated, taking the way of the corporate sector. Daily new challenges and innovations are met so to compete in the dynamic environment it has become a must to have creativity with efficiency.

In my point of view both are important because without creativity we can't work, we can create different way so we can work over efficiency so both are important no doubt.

I believe that both are important, but if I need to choose one then I will go for efficiency as being efficient in whatever goal we have or whatever we are working on is more important.

One can be creative thinking and not efficient in his creation field will not be valued more, but efficiency in whatever field working can result in good and can be appreciated.

If creativity and efficiency are together then it would accelerate your creation.

According to me creativity and efficiency are both equal. There should be a balance of both creativity and efficiency in a person's life. For example, if a person has a creative mind and ideas but is not efficient he/she will not be able to work on those creative ideas and the same for efficiency if a person is efficient but can't think creatively there is no point in being efficient.

So, creativity and efficiency both are equally important. Creativity is the ability to thinking out of box innovation's comes from creativity on other hand efficiency is how you effectively implement that creativity.

Efficiency is important to reach effectiveness in order to minimize costs and attain objectives.

I want to share my views on the topic of creativity and efficiency. In my point of view, both are two sides of the same coin. Because without creativity. We can't perform our work efficiently. And without efficiency, having creativity is useless. Moreover, we are humans, we think out of the box sometimes. If we have a creative mind then we can do wonders in our life with the help of efficiency. Efficiency means the accuracy of our actions. So we do our actions accurately when we have the ability of creative thinking ability. We get the creativity ability by performing consistently our actions. At the end, both are important.

If the question is creativity or efficiency which is more important, I must say both of them are the characteristics which choose a leader among people.

A leader always should be creative as well as efficient. We are humans, we evolved, we adapted, and we developed because we were creative. It is the creativity which brings in the innovations among us, which makes us alive in the changing earth. But at the same time, it is efficiency which helps us to make the innovations fulfilled in reality. A leader or every person should use his or her creativity effectively to be successful.

For example; an organization can take so many new policies or strategies to make more profit but at the same time every worker of that organization has to work efficiently to make the policies a success. So in the end I must say, that both of creativity and efficiency are needed and used properly to be successful in life.

Today's discussion starts on the importance of creativity over efficiency or vice versa if I tell about my point of view, creativity is more important than efficiency but it's not mean that we deny the crucialness of efficiency both of them have their own place but logically if we see then creativity comes at first because before this we need to understand the meaning of creativity and efficiency, creativity is something that is the ability of a person to think differently from others have innovative ideas and then transform them into a reality and efficiency is after gaining the innovation in the real world then how effectively your innovation will be helpful for that real world. It's all about their meaning now come to that point how efficiency comes after the creativity lets understand for ex if a person did any innovation then to implement that innovation efficiently is also needed the creativity because efficiency cover these expects like less time, easily affordable, adaptable etc etc but if we put our eye then creativity again come in the field.
