Whether Hard-Working or Smart-Working is Desirable?

Basically it is the combination of both that gives us the desired results. But I would like to put forward a fact that hard work is essential for smart work. Working smart is to enhance the results of hard work. Hard work is like a chemical reaction and smart is the catalyst to improve the rate of reaction.

We are familiar to "smart phones". But was the smartphone invented first or did it all begin with conventional phones? Did wireless technology come first or the conventional one?

It is hard which results into development by smart work. If we stop hard work, we stop further development.

Hard work has an independent existence but smart is dependent on hard work. Best results come by the fusion of both in a balanced way.

In my opinion, both are equally important. We all know in today's competitive world one needs to be up to the mark to gain success. One can opt for the better way only when he firstly knows about the consequences of both hard and smart work. For eg, if you have a piece of work to be completed within a time constraint then the smarter way will be a better option. But if the work given to you include a minute detail description of every single aspect related to the work then one has to work hard to accomplish the task. According to me, one should be well versed with both the ways so that he should not always find only shortcuts but should know how to work immensely hard to achieve his goals as the time demands.

In my opinion, hard work and smart work both depend on each other. Without hard work, we can not gain smartness in our ideas.

I Explain to you with one example Take a trending example today Artificial intelligence in AI we search for anything and AI gives a quick answer to you in just a second. It looks like smart work but on the other side for creating and developing AI all the engineers doing hard work without hard work it not possible. Every time hard work is not working but without hard work most of the things are incomplete.

In my opinion there is no era for doing hard work or doing the same smartly. Of course this is the trend of smart worker, but these people don't understand that the foundation of their work still lies at someone's hard work.

Hard workers are not the ones who waste their time doing lots of work, rather they are creative thinker who takes some time to device new thinks and serve the world. Smart worker can only satisfy their need but they can't become an example for others.

Facebook that has now became a fundamental part of our life. It was made by Mark Zukerberg by hard work and not smart work. To distinguish your self from the rest you need to do hard work.

According to me, whether hard work or smart work both have their own value. Without hard work, no one can become good at smart work. As smart work derives from hard work. For example, suppose a person is preparing for aptitude. He is supposed to solve the question in very less time. It would not happen with that person, from day one, He is able to solve all the difficult question in very short time. To do so, he has to put a lot of hard work to become a smart and sharp to solve all the question in very short time. So the conclusion of the topic is that before becoming a smart person of any field, one has to do a lot hard work.

Smart working is desirable because we are living in the 21st century and this world is having many more inventions to get smarter and smarter life. The things which make your work easy without any hard work are obviously desired anyway but hard work gets importance at its place because there are some things which can't be done by smart working like if a person study hard and get good marks and another person does cheating and get good marks but the person who has done hard study can only get further education easily and get practical knowledge. So some exceptional cases are there for smart working otherwise it is desirable.

In my point of view, Hard-work is the essence of satisfaction which is the root of success and peace.

If one really wants to make an impact in this world one needs to know the way of hard-work which is primarily skipped by many ones to take the ladder of smart work. But the great things achieved by those who are very well versed with the root of the causes and make the way to implement those things in a smart way.

Hard work is a process whereas smart work is an approach. The one who knows how to balance out both is the one who is in the level of "utmost happiness".

We live in a place where competition is very much in need. If you want to be successful in your life you should be passionate towards your goal. And for it hard work is very much important but only hard work can't lead you to achieve everything in your life.

In this era where people are growing in very fast rate, you should also have to tighten your belt.
