Whether Hard-Working or Smart-Working is Desirable?

Smart work is more better than hard work because hard working is only physically practicing, but smart work is mentally effort.

Like one cannot travel in two boats together, similarly Hard work and smart work cannot work together you become smart when you work hard. So for me, hard work is the first step and smart work is the second.

Every success person do hard work and after success their work is called smart work so smart work is result of hard work.

Me zainab rafie, In my view hard work is more important than smart work if we see nowadays people who work hard they have a successful life they always hard work in order to be better than the one who do always smart works.

In today's world where there is so much competition for one post might be 100 of people would be applying in these situations to show your hard work you have to act smartly so from that 100 people they select you. Smart work saves time and even give a good impression to other people, people nowadays remember people who work smartly. And companies choose people who they think can give them more production and sales in the same time period.

So work smart.

I go with smart work along with hard work. If you didn't do a hard work then your work will not gonna be smart one. Obviously the people around you will chose smart workers. Do hard work the things and work will automatically gonna be smart.

Yes in some time hard works always pays, and if we work hard with smartly then success must comes with any cost.

And according to me working hard is the only way to success which leads us to our goal.

But hard works doesn't mean that you are working day and night. You have to manage your time with your work.

I believe smart will lead the world because it will take less time and gives more productive and those people who uses there like multiple ways to find solutions.

Smart work doesn't helps you in all cases. In gym and in athletics only hard work paves the way for success. Smart works are impossible in such cases.

In my opinion, both are equally important. We all know in today's competitive world one needs to be up to the mark to gain success. One can opt for the better way only when he firstly knows about the consequences of both hard and smart work. For eg, if you have a piece of work to be completed within a time constraint then the smarter way will be a better option. But if the work given to you include a minute detail description of every single aspect related to the work then one has to work hard to accomplish the task. According to me, one should be well versed with both the ways so that he should not always find only shortcuts but should know how to work immensely hard to achieve his goals as the time demands.
