Like one cannot travel in two boats together, similarly Hard work and smart work cannot work together you become smart when you work hard. So for me, hard work is the first step and smart work is the second.

Smart work is not everybody's cup of tea. For a person to start smart work he needs a lot of hard work which can only be obtained by hard work. So my dear friends don't listen to say and start hard work.

In my opinion Smart work dominates over Hard work as if not done a smarter way, hard work will not give a fruitful result.
We can get desired thing in more time and with less efforts if done smartly.

In my opinion when we work hard constantly for a long time, then we become to think smarter. Most of successful people work hard at a time in his life and now other people think that he is very smart.

I think Smart working is desirable. First, we know the word of smart working, it means we are working in a proper way. According to me, hard working is the work you are doing it may go in a wrong way.

Smart work helps to do a work in less time with more efficiency and more brain storming. Where as hard work includes more physical work stress and less brain storming which is bad for sweet dreams.

Hard work is essential to achieve the goal, but in-order to achieve time bound result everyone should incorporate their skills for their hard work. The skills may vary from one person to other.

As we are in the century where development occurs minute by minute, we have to move along to cope up with the world so I prefer smart work.

We should do hard work but by smartness so both smartwork and hardwork is desirable. We have to do hard work by taking lesser time which can be done only by our smartness not by over smartness.
