In My opinion Peoples who do Things Rightly are those who do things in a right way. Means to say that they always done any work rightly.

And peoples who do rightly things are those who followed some right person i.e. may be inspired by some good person and then do the things in a right way.

First of all i would like to appreciate the person who quoted this.Because this is not an ordinary sentence .This is mostly related to an organization .

Team leader in an organization always does "Right Things".On the other hand manager of the organization does "Things Right".

So here the role of manager is to see that everything is functioning well and if there is any misconceptions he should see that they are solved. After going to the manager position it is not possible for him to do all the things by himself. So he has to assign different different tasks to different different people,so there are chances of making mistakes by the people so he has to put them in order and see that it functions well.If he does anything wrong the entire organization will be collapsed. So ,as we go up the corporate ladder we face many problems.Same is the case with manager. His role is to do things right. If he has that capacity then he can continue in that position or else he can't.

Where as on the other hand team leader does only right things .Because he has very limited time and many compulsions .He can't do experiments with the things. If at all he tries to do that ,the higher officials put pressure on him and may even be rebuked .

Both seems to be very similar but they are completely opposite.Once you get into their roles you can clearly make out the difference between them. And also tremendous effort is needed to get into their roles.

Thank u !

The main difference, I can say, is in the nature of the things that people do. The people who do right things do only the things that are good/right. On the other hand the people who do things rightly do the things, may be good or evil, in a right manner as in the way they have to be done.

For doing right things, one must be a good human being by heart who thinks of benefits of other people too....and to do things rightly, one must have gone through various situations of life and doing things rightly accordingly.

There is a small line of difference in the people who do right thing always & people who do things rightly. The one who do only right things is good in analysing the things to what is right or wrong & may miss an opportunity to turn the wrong thing in right, which can only be achieved by doing things right way at the right time. So, individual who do things right way has more opportunity of achieving something as compare to individual who only believes in doing right things only.

The people who do things rightly are not always doing right things. They just doing their work without seeing if it is right thing or not. But the people who do right things always do right things. They are not blindly doing their job which is good or bad in a right way. This is the major difference.

People who do things rightly knows the correct procedure means the required steps to be carried out for the better output whereas people who do right things maybe necessarily not knowing the right procedure but can differentiate between good and bad. Also people doing things rightly are under someones guidance and people doing right things are there own boss.

People doing right things always do right, whatever circumstances they might be. They may have strong principles, idealogy and courage to do so. Of course, doing things rightly can be regarded as a very good perspective, but this does not give us a clear picture of what is being done rightly.... it might be either good or bad. Hence i will go with doing right things...which always mean doing good...

I think ist a good habbit to do tings rightly,,,it may be happened most of the time we dont understand what to do that means we dont know the right way,,,u cant do the right things everytime,,,but if we have the habbit to do any thing in a positive way and with confidence we can do things in a right way.we can be successful without knowing much about the thing,,,so it is more needed to do things in a right way...
