We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Let us make it clear that what are the qualities present in entrepreneur and not present in manager ; they include OUT OF BOX THINKING and RISK TAKING ABILITY. India being a developing nation ; increase in the number of entrepreneurs would be herald in making India developed nation. It can once again be called GOLDEN BIRD.

More entrepreneurs ----> More job opportunities ------>Less Unemployment ------>Increase in GDP of INDIA ----> Developed nation.

India produce more manager compare to china but few entrepreneur may be because of investment, long gestation period to settle business, lack of government response there are so many reasons that's why our scholar student prefer to be cheap laborer for multinational companies rather than innovate something.

To run any industries its all depend on good manager they have vision to built successful company. Manager has potential to bring ideas into reality if they get properly motivated then those manager becomes distinguish entrepreneur. They says every person has three million idea in there life so you want to be entrepreneur.

The more entrepreneurs = The more managers required.

Less entrepreneurs = Less managers required.

No entrepreneurs = no managers required.

Risk are only stake taken by entrepreneurs and managers only manages to effectively minimize the risk and maximize profit for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur is a tree and managers are branches of tress for a common sake to grow fruits. But there is no fruit & branches without tree. Like for there should be more entrepreneurs than managers in any economy in any region of a country.

Role of an Entrepreneurs is to make a plan and the job of a manager is to successfully execute and implement the plan. Entrepreneurs have visions and manager with their leadership qualities make the vision in realty. So role of both are interrelated for conducting business. So both are dependent each other.

Hi, according to me, a good business organisation both (enterprenur and manager) are important, a good business can run by team work, beacause if enterprenur make an organization though manager also helps to manage it and make it success.

According to my point of view;.

We need both managers as well as an entrepreneur in order to successfully running of the organisation because the entrepreneur is a person who sets up their own business with their creative idea with all the risk but also we need managers to manages the whole organisation day to day things.

We are living in a developing country where manpower is available in a vast range but the only problem is of job creators. Job creator are only person who can be known as entrepreneurs. So entrepreneurs are like plants whereas managers are like fertilisers. While leaves are job seekers so in the absence of fertilisers no leaves and plant can be grown. Therefore manager are the requirement of entrepreneurs because they do not have capitals and can't take risk only things they have is innovative ideas and skills. Entrepreneurs can make use of this resource to make our country developed. So finally concluding that entrepreneur is our first need after that manager both are 2 phase of a coin. So both have their own importance.

Entrepreneurs is the man who increased their business in the world and providing the job opportunity to young youth to make the success in the life not only job, entrepreneurs also increased the GPD of the nation like India. Entrepreneurs is much better than Manager because manager only manage their organization to attained the companies goal's and objective but entrepreneurs is one man leaders in their own business they can take their business decision quickly and effective to reached their goal's and objective.

Entrepreneurs also make the contribution of the nation through GDP and also charity to the society to live there's life own.

Manager are also important but in there organization they can do whatever they want but entrepreneurs can do in any part of the Nation to success in their own life and make a happy life.

Entrepreneurs has there own business. Whereas manager can work in a organization to achieve there goals and objective.

Entrepreneurs is one man army in the business. Whereas manager can work under the company rules and regulation's.

When speak of every one then it means I see you as a group not as an individual this is the problem in our management sector today we find more managers than entrepreneurs. We are individual beings and should learn to make our identity as an individual and not as a group a group leader is always praised for its group so good emerging minds should be set to be future leaders than to stuff their brains by restricted activities from school level they should allow the students creativity to flourish and grow. This will lead to a leading country with better lifestyle and better level of business.

Because to avoid brain drain as many of our country's young talented students move to other countries to get more opportunities handsome salaries which really affects the growth of our country (E.G) GDP and I think becoming and entrepreneur would attract most of them to start a business in our country and be job providers.
