We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hi friends, I am in favor of entrepreneurship than just being managers.

Entrepreneurship helps in many ways especially in developing countries like India.

First each individual, whether fully educated or ill-iterated who has ideas and talent with them capable to start on their own, of-course with help of bank loans can establish their business so that they can stand on their own feet.

After completing studies instead of waiting for opportunities or blaming government for it better go for this option.

If most of the people go for this option, then our products with quality will be increased then we can reduce the importing of foreign goods so that import charges will be diminished. Further we can export them to other countries which brings profits not only to owners but also to government.

If we think by taking current situation in our country then yes we need more Entrepreneurs than managers. We have resources, capabilities and with an honest and corruption free government help we can bring out more entrepreneurs. We have lakhs and lakhs of managers graduating from B-schools everywhere but out of them there are handful of entrepreneurs.

In economics sense if there is less demand and more supply the value of the commodity will fall and sometimes goes wasted. So we need firms and industries in India for the managers.

In my opinion excess of anything is bad as the basic principle of accounts and economics is to maintenance of balance. Yes I agree as we are developing nation and entrepreneurship culture for a country like India will enhance the growth and help us in growing more rapidly.

Entrepreneur develop the enterprise but its manager only who manages the organisation and help the organisation in achieving their goal.

As we all have studied the principles of management by Taylor and Fayol in class XII, which realize us the importance of managers, so both of these are required for development of the country.

Yes that's very true we need more entrepreneurs than managers I am happy that this topic has come up. Its like common sense that we need more entrepreneurs because everybody in our country wants to do job. But jobs would only be available when business would be there and in order to establish business entrepreneurs needs to emerge.

Government should appreciate the efforts of people wanting to become entrepreneur because also have an impact on our national income employment ratio and stuff. And besides its better to create jobs rather than searching jobs. The reason our country suffers is because we only believe in working jobs. We should learn from countries like you. Yes that creates job.

They don't even have much problem with economy because there entrepreneurship is spread world, they setup multinational companies like coca-cola we work in such companies other than that they produces things that whole world uses like automobiles, cellphones etc. We should also take on entrepreneurship and most importantly it would solve air problem of unemployment people of our country would be employed in our country itself.

Hi, all. As the discussion goes on I would share my views saying that an entrepreneur and a manager are like a driver and wheels of an organisation. Any sophisticated and branded car no matter how beautifully it is designed, cannot ascend unless it is driven by someone (an entrepreneur). On the other hand, when the same car doesn't have wheels (the manager), it cannot move ahead in-spite of being provided with an efficient driver. The driver decides the direction and reaches the destination with the help of the wheels. Similarly, the entrepreneur sets the goals and the manager takes all the risk to reach the desired goals. It demands the knowledge (Innovation) of the entrepreneur and skill (Ability) of the manager.

Entrepreneurs are the one's with the innovative thinking and have a certain belief in their idea and thought process, eventually executing them in a well-organised manner while on the other hand managers are the ones have an equal amount of leadership and teamwork qualities which are required for managing any firm or institute.

So, both managers and entrepreneurs go hand in hand but as far as country's development is a concern. Yes, we need new idea's to come forward so entrepreneur is required in more number.

In my opinion, that entrepreneur is very important than manager because the entrepreneur is a person who starts the business and takes a risk but manger are those people who perform the task he is not a risk while entrepreneur providers a work and create job opportunities for people and give a contribution in economic development.

In my opinion India needs more entrepreneurs then managers. If we see current scenario of our country still we are depending on lots of imported products then local products. This is only because we are not much successful as entrepreneur. We need more support for entrepreneurs to develop our country.

Who are managers? Well, managers are those people who are responsible for getting the work done by junior employees. And Who are entrepreneurs? well, entrepreneurs are those who not only get the task done but come forward with new innovative ideas and get them accomplished. So for a developing country like India what is required is not just managers with quantity oriented but people with quality oriented work in their hands.

Entrepreneurs are the founder of any company, innovative ideas can be derived from them so in my point of view, entrepreneurs are the most important part responsible for evolving the business. They are a risk taker and if there is no entrepreneur then there is no value of a manager. Job opportunities can be increased by the entrepreneurs and managers are also existing just because of them. They are responsible for widespread the business throughout the world. So the entrepreneur is the vital part of upgrading the status of our country. Entrepreneurs emerge as one amongst thousands and we should be thankful to them for improving the economy of our county by expanding their business worldwide. There is immense need of encouraging the entrepreneurs so that managers could also get opportunities for showcasing their managerial skills.
