We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Our youth are going abroad in search of better career opportunities. An entrepreneur is someone who creates opportunities whereas a manager who looks for an opportunity. So in order to solve the current crisis of unemployment and to achieve a higher economic growth, we need more entrepreneurs than managers.

I want to add my point colleagues. I think this statement is right that we need more entrepreneurs rather than manager India is a developing country and if we want to grow our economy than we need have our own manufacturing companies and new business idea. An entrepreneur is one who can develop new ideas generate them and implement them if we have our own business than we can grow at a speed like developed country. We all know that more of our qualified person go abroad for work in foreign companies of we have generated our new ideas and produce new job they can serve Indian companies.

I do agree with that, We need more entrepreneurs because India is developing country and it contains more value resources which yet to come under lime light. Entrepreneurship where completely utilize the resource based on their ability.

Yeah, I do agree An entrepreneur is a person who takes risks, puts in effort & perseveres to achieve the end result. At the end, he may be rewarded for his effort. He sets examples and shows other people that a certain thing can be achieved by being an example himself. A manager by virtue of his profession is normally assigned a particular task & assigned some resources. He has to complete the assignment with the constraints imposed on him. An entrepreneur should be a good manager to manage his team & his resources. Managerial skills are essential for an entrepreneur to succeed.

A manager can be built with the degree only when an Entrepreneur can be making by experience and he can make as many managers under it which may again become an entrepreneur.

We need more entrepreneurs because FDI are started making impact in all sectors. We need young entrepreneurs to develop our own manufactured products. Learn how to work and start a company in a year. I did like that.

Hi. As my thought, the country needs an Entrepreneur only because most of the people in our country are managers. So, we definitely want an Entrepreneur, They take most of the risks better than managers. In most of the well-reputed company are having good managers and all over the country the managers are here. But risk taker entrepreneurs are low so, we want to increase their strength by encouraging in several ways. Most of the entrepreneurs can't get bank loans easily the government will take several steps to get bank loans easily who are having a specialized idea. So encourage the entrepreneurs to develop their ideas in a useful way. I conclude by saying that managers are also important but in our country, Less amount of entrepreneurs are having so we only to encourage them to alive.

Hi friends, according to my opinion, an entrepreneur depends on the good manager who will very carefully handle the investment done by an entrepreneur.

Yes, I agree that we need more entrepreneurs than managers. It is also true that both are equally important for the establishment of any firm. But as many entrepreneurs will be in society there will be that much requirement of managers. The entrepreneurs are the one who takes risk by investing their resources, which is need to be complimented. In our society, many persons hesitate to take risk regarding their carrier. But the entrepreneurs are the one they dare to take risk with their carrier. I can relate this thing to an example. Let if there will be a land then only any person will be able to build a home or will be able to think for using that land for farming. If there won't be any available land then how a man can be able to use that. Entrepreneur can be understood as land and managers can be understood as home or corps. Entrepreneurs are bale to exceed the whole economy to a new level. USA can think themselves above any country in the world only due to their entrepreneurs.

It is true that entrepreneurs and managers walk hand in hand. But I would like to add a small point. I think one aspect of importance is availability. If you give it a thought, you might know a lot of managers but very few entrepreneurs. What my point is we need More entrepreneurs than managers because we already have a lot of managers all over India? But very few entrepreneurs. Here in our country, we are taught to achieve financial security but to avoid risk. That's why we need to encourage the concept of entrepreneurship and hence we need more entrepreneurs.

Well, in my view entrepreneur and manager both are equally important for our corporate society as well as the country. Really if we want to contribute something to the society for the sake of people we have to opt for entrepreneurship. Manager is also needed to run the business.
