We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Friends, first of all, we need to understand what do terms managers and entrepreneur actually means. An entrepreneur is a person with ideas, skill, and courage who would take any risk to pursue that idea, to turn it into a reality. Managers are those who manages and controls the functions of a company or an organization.

More entrepreneur means that they would develop new companies by their own skills which is very useful for a developing country. On the other hand, more managers would help in controlling the functions of an organization in a more precise way and in a traditional way. This would be led to development. So, more entrepreneurs are required as it would also provide job opportunities for many youths who are the future of any country.

My opinion on this is, an entrepreneur is more important than a manager because without a company establishment manager can do nothing. So its a main part of a business. We can not think of this without an entrepreneur.

A company is only so much as its employees.

I believe we need more managers than entrepreneurs. The fact is simple, with a lot of entrepreneurs we can surely have a lot of new companies and ideas, maybe even jobs but it will be transient. Managers are the key holding a company together. Who does what, when and how is all determined by the managers. Hence it's clear, we need entrepreneurs, yes, but for every entrepreneur, we need at least twice as many managers if not more.

No, I don't think so that we need more entrepreneurs than managers. Whether there is an entrepreneur or manager, the motive of both persons is same. Both want to have the work done and in the right way. Both individuals know the techniques to run a business successfully, but the only difference is in their techniques and their perspectives that are required to execute a business prosperously.

Yes we need more entrepreneurs than managers. Because an entrepreneur is a person who creates own employment for his and creates employment for others. But managers just he manages all the available resources to get the objectives and goals set by the management.

According to me, we need more entrepreneurs than the manager. And an entrepreneur can create an own market by his own ideas which to expand the market globally and he will become inspiration for new starters.

This is Shivani, and my opinion on this is that we need more entrepreneur than the manager. Because manager only manages the company and represent the client but entrepreneur stand for the changes in business plan accordingly the need of the current situation and apply different ideas to make changes in the business.

If the number of entrepreneurs present in the company then everyone one try to give their best and which one is best is choose for that and apply to the business plan. And manager represents the plan and handle all the loss and gain.

I feel that really India need entrepreneurs than manager as a manager is a salaried person and entrepreneur is a person who not only start a business but at the same time he will create employment opportunities for the society, increase per capita income, provide quality goods at a cheaper rate, provide self-sufficiency and export development.

Role of an Entrepreneurs is to make a plan and the job of a manager is to successfully execute and implement the plan. Entrepreneurs have visions and manager with their leadership qualities make the vision in realty. So role of both are interrelated for conducting business. So both are dependent each other.

Entrepreneurs are the one's with the innovative thinking and have a certain belief in their idea and thought process, eventually executing them in a well-organised manner while on the other hand managers are the ones have an equal amount of leadership and teamwork qualities which are required for managing any firm or institute.

So, both managers and entrepreneurs go hand in hand but as far as country's development is a concern. Yes, we need new idea's to come forward so entrepreneur is required in more number.

Comparing entrepreneurs with managers are similar to comparing apples and oranges. While entrepreneurs use their novel idea to make a product, a manager helps in making that product efficiently with minimum resources.

The managers are also required in conventional industries and businesses, therefore it is not entirely true that managers depend totally on entrepreneurs.

We can understand it with an example, Steve Jobs made Macintosh and apple computers but even he required managers to make these products cost effective and competitive in the market.
